It's time to celebrate your wins!

Dear Friend,

Congratulations!

In the face of immense upheaval, you have managed to find a way to put one foot in front of the other. You have shown resilience and persistence, and this is well worth celebrating!

Research has shown teams under stress perform better when they celebrate their wins, and we can learn from this. Acknowledging our wins provides us with an opportunity to create meaning in the moment and hope for the future. We have all been under a great deal of stress this year, however, how many of us have consciously created space to celebrate our wins.

This week I encourage to reflect on the below set of questions:
- What have you been doing well?
- Who have you supported?
- How have you surprised yourself?
- What are you proud of?
- What small milestone have you achieved?

If you are inspired or desperate to make changes in your life, then Growth Space is just for you. Growth space is an opportunity for you to connect, share and laugh with others that want to thrive. Without support and accountability, we tend to slip into old habits and convince ourselves it's too hard. Our desire to improve does not go away, but the change process does get harder the longer we leave it. Together we can make changes, that are not possible when we go it alone.
