Who has had a positive impact on your wellbeing this year? So often we think wonderful things about others, however, in the rush of life we don’t express it.
Today I invite you to reach out and celebrate the positive influences in your life, and notice how it makes you feel and function.
Simple ways to show appreciation to others:
- Send a text
- Share a photo
- Give them a call
- Write a letter
- Make a video and send it
- Send flowers
Showing heartfelt gratitude to the people we appreciate in our lives gives you and the recipient a boost, leaving you both feeling and functioning a little better.
As we face another week together, let's reflect on the wise words of Carl Jung; "The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed."
