Six weeks ago the Government announced a number of restrictions that disrupted the way we functioned individually and collectively. These dramatic changes rocked our foundations and left many of us in a state of chaos and panic. With time, the fog of uncertainty started to lift and we adapted to our new reality. We found a new groove and life once again had some sort of rhythm and routine. However, more changes are coming our way. The anticipation of the State Government’s announcements has many of us feeling a range of competing emotions. Change is an emotionally and physically demanding process that impacts us in various ways depending on our context.
