New week, new intentions...

It's often said that the hardest part of any workout is putting your runners on and getting out the door. This week I invite you to get moving and notice how it makes your mind and body feel. 

Not sure how to get started? Here are some ideas:
- Park your car further away  
- Train with a friend  
- Try a fitness class 
- Register for an event 
- Use a pedometer

May you create time to move your body this week
