New week, new intentions...
We all have tasks that need to get done, regardless of whether we feel like it or not. I don't know many people who feel like getting out of bed when the alarm goes off. However, when we do what needs to be done we create more time for things we enjoy. This week I invite you to notice the tasks you avoid and make a conscious effort to get them done.
