We all know the value of being productive, however, how many of us acknowledge the value of rest? Rest is a way to seek respite from the demands and responsibilities of everyday life. When we allow ourselves the space to rest, we give ourselves the opportunity to recharge. This week, I invite you to give yourself permission to rest and notice how it makes you feel.
If you struggle to rest, here are 5 ways that may help:
- Read a book
- Walk in nature
- Watch a movie
- Have a nap
- Have a bath
